Booking process - this is how it works

After you have sent your travel booking via our website, you will receive your booking confirmation by email within 24 hours. The deposit is 20 percent of the invoice amount. Please transfer the remaining amount three weeks before departure. Both payments go to the secured account of our organizer. You will receive your flight ticket and travel documents by email one to two weeks before departure. The detailed tour description, tour information and packing list are already attached to your booking confirmation.

We and our travel agency partner Prima-Reisen

Hiking experts together with travel professionals: Prima-Reisen is the exclusive organizer for our hiking trips. As a result, each of our customers can book conveniently via our website with the security of a major tour operator. We can offer the large number of our German and Swiss guests individual flights. Flights from Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Zurich airports are included in the package price of our trips.

Security certificate

Our travel agency partners are licensed and registered tour operators in Austria. The organizers belong to a security system. There is a security claim according to Federal Law Gazette II, No. 316/1999. This is equivalent to the security certificate in Germany. The "General Travel Conditions ARB 1992" apply. The prices and services in the detailed tour descriptions apply. Tariff status June 2021, subject to changes and typing errors. All prices in euros and per person. Scheduled flight from / to Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Zurich with KLM / Lufthansa / BA in the P-Class. Airport and security fees (as of 6/2021) € 155, -)
